SPARK is the name for the Adult and Community Learning Service in Bedfordshire and Luton, which aims to work with local communities to provide and promote a range of high quality learning opportunities for adults that support family, employment and community roles; promote equality of opportunity; and enable adults to share in the joy of learning for its own sake.
